chan marshall aka cat power will be releasing her new album "the greatest" on january 24th via matador records. here's a bonus track that will only be available on the lp version of the album and the initial digipak pressing of the cd.

It's well worth waiting for.
The Greatest was available on the UK ITunes store for a short while earlier this week. I managed to buy it before they closed it off.
Apart from the title track, which is brill, look out for love and communication, living proof and the moon.
i'm salivating, waiting for this new release. i've heard a version of "Love and Communication" from a Paris bootleg that just wooed me all over. that chan marshall is intoxicating.
