booze, drugs and a strong distaste for popular country music...these are common themes found on hank williams iii's latest album "straight to hell". the album was released last month on curb records and also comes with a bonus disc that includes several covers and assorted sound clips (trains, horses, gun shots, etc.). this album proves that real country music is not dead, and if it is then hank iii must be a zombie.

a zombie he is...i kinda think the hombre protesteth too much..he even looks like old hank has come back for another round. i like his dad's stuff and i think little junior will realise that you cant take countrry outta the boy..and give us some fab stuff like bobby bare jnr.
I'm glad someone is still trying to make good country. I think his granddad would be proud.
